Shipping and returns

Shipping:

Our products are all hand printed and hand sewn to order, so please bear with us while we perfect your purchase. We aim to make and dispatch orders within the following timescales:

  • Single items: 7-10 working days
  • Multiple / bulk orders: 20 working days

We are only a small team so during extremely busy periods we may take longer that the timeframes mentioned above. We will always aim to contact you if this is the case.

UK orders are sent by UK courier with proof of postage obtained.

International orders are sent by international courier.

Customers are responsible for any customs or import fees. Please contact your local government website for more information.  

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the products ordered and the delivery destination.

Standard delivery within the UK: From £3.99 depending on size / weight

Orders within Europe: £14.99

Rest of the world: £23.99

If you order multiple items, you will only be charged once for shipping. 

Returns:

We hope you will fall in love with your Feather & Flax products. Due to the bespoke nature of our products we can only offer a refund or exchange if the item is faulty. Please email hello@featherandflax.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to register your returns request. Refunds will be made no later than 14 days after the day the returned product is received. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return postage costs, unless the product is found to be genuinely faulty on return.

If you are returning a product from outside the UK please mark it as a return clearly on the customs form. This will prevent import charges on the returned parcel.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed by emailing hello@featherandflax.co.uk
